the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original

     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 203(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation                                                             
     and establishing and relating to the in-state gas pipeline fund; and
